Appointment and change of food hygiene manager
If you can start operating a restaurant, etc., you need to set up a food hygiene manager for each facility or department. Also, if the food hygiene manager is changed, a change procedure is required. If a new business does not have a qualified food hygiene manager, or if a food hygiene manager is absent at a food hygiene manager, such as Retirement, the food hygiene manager, appoint it within 3 months and submit a notification promptly.

Qualifications to be Food Sanitation Officers
Those who have the following qualifications can become food hygiene managers.

When a food hygiene manager is established (changed)
It is necessary to submit a “Business Permit Application Items / Business Notification Items Change Notification”.

- Documents certifying the qualification of the person in charge of food hygiene (various licenses, certificate of completion of workshops, etc.)
- (In case of change) Food Sanitation Officer's vote (certificate) of the previous person
