Food Sanitation Officer Seminar

Food hygiene managers must attend a food hygiene manager practical training course at least once a year and strive to acquire new knowledge about food hygiene.
In 2024, we will hold a food hygiene manager practical training course on the following schedule.
※Notification is required when a food hygiene manager is newly established or changed. . Please refer to the establishment and change of the person in charge of food hygiene for notification.

※The tuition fee is free.
※The capacity for each time is 30 people. If the application reaches the capacity, please take the course in another time.
※If you are unable to attend the course on the above schedule, we are planning to conduct a practical training course (e-learning type / collective training type) by the Yokohama City Food Sanitation Association, so please take one of them.

※In 2021, the Yokohama City Public Health Center changed from a "Food Sanitation Officer Certificate with a photo of the person's face" to a "Food Sanitation Officer vote without a photo of the person's face". The names vary depending on the time of the grant, but both are valid.

Reservations for courses are accepted by telephone or via the Internet.
