From May 11, 2022, applications for electronic applications using the minor portal have been started.

Procedures for electronic application
① Procedures for joining National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin) No. 1 Insured Person (change from Employees' Pension Insurance after Retirement)
※ When payment of additional premium (outside site) is hoped for, please file by mail or window of ward office.
② Application for exemption from National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin) insurance premiums and postponement of payment
③ Application for special payment of National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin) insurance premiums student
※ You can also apply from your smartphone.
Preparation for use
1 Please prepare the password set when you received your "My Number Card" and My Number Card.
2. Access the minor portal and complete the user registration procedure.
