7 About ventilation

Last updated on July 25, 2024.

Ventilate to discharge odors, bacteria, viruses, dust, etc. Even if one window is opened, ventilation is not possible efficiently. When you open the window or door on the other side, the wind passes through and provides efficient ventilation.
Even in cold winter months, open windows and doors and ventilate for about 5 minutes an hour.
Good ventilation is to create a path where air flows into the room.

Countermeasures against mold and ticks

In summer, it becomes hot and humid, so mold and ticks are more likely to occur.
Ventilation is not possible much, especially during the rainy season or rainy weather, as the humidity rises, but be sure to provide sufficient ventilation on sunny days.
The air is dry in winter, but mold and ticks may be generated due to the use of humidifiers and the generation of water vapor due to the burning of gas and oil stoves.
Bedding absorbs sweat throughout the year, and "mold" and "mites" are more likely to occur. If possible, it is recommended that you dry it outdoors on a sunny day. If you can't dry it outdoors, put your bedding on a chair or the like indoors to let it pass through.

Prevention of pests intrusion into the room

It is effective to install insect repellent nets at doorways and windows.
