Intent to establish an executive committee that colors the 70th anniversary of Kanazawa ward system through inhabitants of a ward collaboration

Kanazawa Ward, Yokohama City, was established from Isogo Ward on May 15, 1948, and will celebrate its 70th anniversary in 2018.

To celebrate this milestone year, people who live, live, and work in Kanazawa Ward plan and implement various commemorative projects across generations and regions, across the ward. We will establish an executive committee that colors through collaboration.

As the stage of our lives and activities, Kanazawa Ward has a tradition and culture since the Kamakura period, and in recent years it is also an attractive residential area and tourist destination that makes use of the rich nature of the sea and greenery, as well as an important industrial area that supports Japanese manufacturing. Executive committee rules that color the 70th anniversary of Kanazawa ward system by inhabitants of a ward collaboration

(Name)

Article 1 The Society shall call the Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Committee”) that colors the 70th anniversary of the Kanazawa Ward System through the cooperation of inhabitants of the ward.

(Objective)

Article 2 The purpose of the Committee is to implement various projects appropriate for the year to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Kanazawa Ward's constituency system, with the colors of various leaders, including residents, businesses, universities and schools.

(Role)

Article 3 The Committee shall do the following to achieve the objectives set forth in the preceding Article.
（１） Thing about spread, enlightenment of anniversary business, raising awareness of participation of inhabitants of a ward.
（２） Matters related to the implementation of the anniversary project.
（３） In addition, necessary to achieve the objectives of the Committee.

(Organization)

Article 4 The Committee shall be organized with members of the organizations listed in the separate table.
2 The Committee shall have members, advisors, and advisors.

(Executive Officers)

Article 5 The following officers shall be appointed to the Committee.

Article 6 The chairperson shall convene the committee, serve as chairman, and take control of the general affairs.

(3) Accounting shall be carried out by the Committee.
4. Auditors shall audit the accounting of the Committee.
5. Officers shall hold a board meeting in response to the convening of the chairperson.

(Advisor / Advisor)

Article 7 The Committee may have advisors and advisors.

(Working Group)

(Meetings)

(Financial)

Article 12 The expenses of the Committee shall be allocated to subsidies, sponsorships and other income.
(2) The fiscal year begins on April 1 of the relevant year and ends on March 31 of the following year.
Provided, however, that the fiscal year of the start of the business shall start on the effective date.

(Secretariat)

Article 13 The secretariat of the Committee shall be located within the General Affairs Division Kanazawa Ward Office.

(Supplemental Rules)

Article 14 In addition to what is provided for in these Terms, necessary matters shall be determined separately by the Chair.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms shall come into effect as of October 3, 2016.
