Details of the case
Individual support class teacher in junior high school. He hits his head when he made a mistake to his son of LD. I say kanji should be remembered by trying hard.
Regarding the case, what I wanted to do and what I thought would be better.
A survey was conducted in consultation with the school, but many of the individual support-grade children have short memories and ambiguous children, have no sightings around them, have no memory of themselves, and are not children of the parties even if parents witness. It was decided that there was no demonstration for that reason. There has been the same problem for many years and there is no proof of school survey results. The school survey lacked honesty, such as hearing only for children who had no memory, and it took several months to re-examine. In the memory of the principal who did not have a survey record, there were a number of points that the result report did not match what the parent told the principal, but the Board of Education said only the school report was true. Need a board of education for schools and teachers, but a board of education for elementary school student with disabilities. We want you to apply the Disability Discrimination Law regardless of age.
