Details of the case
I go to elementary schools where elevators recognized by the welfare town development regulations cannot be installed. There is a problem with stair elevators because free school movement is restricted, and it takes too long to move up and down floors. I feel very stressful to be late for class hours because I have developed the desire to move as much as I can on my own as possible and have the characteristics of caring for time. In addition, there is a danger of life due to pressure ulcers, but I thought I was able to spend some time while hiding.
Regarding the case, what I wanted to do and what I thought would be better.
There are other local governments that are recognized for small elevators, so I would like you to recognize them in Yokohama City. It is a case where the current welfare town development ordinance is considered to be an obstacle.
