Details of the case

When I stayed at a hotel on a trip. We often see TVs that allow you to watch videos etc. for an extra fee, but the remote control of this TV does not have a button to switch to teletext subtitles. I think this is discriminatory because it is always attached to the remote control of ordinary digital TVs. The hotel's response varies, and if you ask the front desk to ask "Please give me a remote control that can switch to subtitles", there are places that will be issued immediately, but "Please note that our hotel TV is like this" There is also a hotel. If you replace your position with a healthy person, you will say that your TV without voice will be accepted because our TV is like this.

Regarding the case, what I wanted to do and what I thought would be better.

If it is difficult to respond, please indicate on the homepage that "Our TV does not support teletext subtitles". That way, you can exclude it when you look for a hotel.
