1.Overview
When the sweet potatoes were soaked in water, the water turned reddish purple.
2.Test Results
Color: When the whole sweet potatoes were soaked in 300ml of water, red-purple pigment eluted and anthocyan pigment was detected.
3.Conclusion
It is thought that the pigment of the skin of the sweet potato (anthocyan pigment) has eluted. There is no harm to your body.
