Please bring a postcard (notification of current status), identification of the person coming to the counter (driver's license, passport, Basic Resident Register card with photo, etc.) and request it to the ward office Family Registry Division Certificate Issuance Desk (No. 2 on the first floor), Family Registry Division Registration Section (No. 21 on the second floor) or the Administrative Service Corner.
Please refer to the ward office information for the location of the ward office and Reception hours.
