I can't find my private seal registration card. Can I get a seal certificate if I bring my registered seal?

Without your private seal registration card, you will not be able to receive a private seal certificate even if you are in Seal Registration.
If you have lost your private seal registration card, please submit a “private seal registration card loss report” to the ward office where you are registered as a resident and apply for the Seal Registration again. You will need to obtain a private seal certificate after the procedure is completed.
