Advice on dental checkups (for infants only), consultation on Dentistry, brushing teeth, etc.

Date and time of implementation and reservation application

We accept applications using the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System.
You can make a reservation for the schedule up to 90 days from the date of application.
The application deadline is the day before the implementation date. However, please note that the application will be closed when the capacity is reached.
