If your dog bites a person
If a dog bites or hurts a person, the owner must notify Konan Health and Welfare Center Health Sanitation Division from the day they become aware of the fact and the next day.
In addition, the owner of the dog must have the dog examined by veterinarian within two days of the accident to assess the rabies.
