Individual ward planning promotion expenses Voluntary planning operating expenses are budgets for each ward to develop a ward-specific business according to the local situation so that the ward office can respond to local familiar issues and needs in detail.

The concept of budgeting "Love-filled: Hometown Konan"
Based on the medium- to long-term policy of the city, including the new medium-term plan, while valuing the “community development through collaboration” that has been nurtured with the local community, the basic goal of “Aiful Object Furusato Konan”. Aim for Amid changes in the environment caused by COVID-19 infection and other factors, Konan Ward began full-scale efforts in fiscal 2022 as a model district for the Digital Ward Office. In fiscal 2023, we will make the most of the strengths of this model ward and take on new initiatives while focusing on cooperation with local communities, companies, and related organizations.
★Efforts to Realize Digital Ward Offices By improving the convenience of inhabitants of the ward and improving the efficiency of ward office operations with the power of digital, we will increase the time to face the inhabitants of the ward and realize a "warm ward office" more than ever. We will work on digital technologies that can be felt "convenient" to local residents, digital technologies that support local exchanges and activities, and digital technologies that allow employees to feel "business improvement and efficiency".
