The 4th Yokohama City Educational Promotion Basic Plan
Based on the four strategies set forth in the “Yokohama City School Teachers Work Style Reform Plan (established in March 2018)”, Yokohama City has promoted comprehensive and city-wide measures that contribute to work style reform.
From FY2022 onwards, in addition to the comprehensive and city-wide efforts to date, (1) the need for integrated promotion of teacher training and work style reform, (2) the need for reforms that do not depend on a dedicated teacher image, (3) In light of the need for concrete and focused efforts through data analysis, etc., the plan is positioned in the “4th Yokohama City Basic Plan for Educational Promotion” based on the Basic Law, and promotes the Basic Plan for Education, and promotes the Basic Law, and promotes the recruitment, and recruitment, and promotion of faculty and promotion of faculty and staff, and staff.

Work Style Reform Plan for Yokohama City School Teachers
