Overview
When issuing a certificate of all matters of family register (individual) or a copy of the resident certificate, there may be cases where a fee is exempted according to laws and regulations.

※Fees cannot be exempted if a convenience store is issued using My Number Card or a copy of resident certificate is issued online.
Examples of fees that can be exempted
Example 1: When submitting to the pension Office for the receipt of National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin) or Employee Pension Plan (Kosei Nenkin)
In some cases, we may check the pension office and the list of submitted materials.
Examples of fees that are not exempt from pension procedures
As follows, the fee used for procedures for those who do not have pension entitlement is charged.
- When submitting to each business site for exemption from premiums during childcare leave
- When submitting to the pension office for a request to split pension
Example 2: Based on the provisions of Article 111 of the Labor Standards Law, when submitting to a part-time job site to confirm the age at the time of employment.
In this case, you may be exempt from this fee if you issue a certificate of resident certificate entry with only your name, date of Address or child birth and gender.
Example 3: If necessary for an application for exemption from redemption of special loans such as emergency small-lot funds based on the impact of COVID-19 infection

If necessary for the procedure for applying for redemption exemption, this grant fee can be exempted.
