Management of road tunnels, etc.
Management facilities
Facilities such as road tunnels managed by the Road and Highway Bureau Bridge Division are as follows.
- Tunnel ：28 facilities
- Large culvert: 29 facilities
- Calvert ：46 facilities
- Shedd ： 4 facilities A total of 107 facilities (as of April 2024)
Maintenance and management
For 107 facilities such as road tunnels, periodic inspections have been carried out once every five years since 2014 based on the Road Law.
Based on the results of this periodic inspection, we have formulated the “Yokohama City Road Tunnel Longevity Repair Plan” and are proceeding with repairs systematically.
