・Revision of the exclusive provisions of engineers responsible for construction of drainage facilities
　The engineer responsible for drainage construction will be able to concurrently work at multiple sales offices in Kanagawa Prefecture of the same company. When assigning the responsible engineer to another sales office of the same business operator, it is necessary to submit a “Notification of Change of Responsible Engineer”.
・Revision of the disqualification clause of the representative

• There must be at least one responsible engineer

• Have facilities and equipment necessary for the implementation of construction
  (Designated construction shops must construct themselves.)

• A person who does not fall under any of the following:

　　(A) A person who does not obtain reinstatement following a decision to commence bankruptcy proceedings
　　A person who has been revoked the designation of a construction shop and has not passed two years from the date of the cancellation
　　(C) A person who has a reasonable reason to recognize that there is a risk of committing wrongdoing or dishonest acts in relation to his / her business
　　(D) Persons who are unable to properly perform acknowledgement, judgment and communication necessary for properly carrying out construction work such as new construction of drainage facilities due to impairment of mental function
　　(E) A corporation that has a representative or other officer who falls under any of a to d.

Please bring required documents to the designated date listed in the examination result notice sent from Motoichi and come to the agency. After the materials are explained, a designated construction shop ID will be issued.

（３） Issuance of Yokohama City Drainage Equipment Designated Construction Shop Certificate
　　 For notification of transfer (change of organization, representative, trade name or name / location) and notification of resumption, a new designated construction shop ID will be issued.
　　 We will mail you the construction shop ID after rewritten by the transfer notice, so please prepare letter pack light 430 (blue) at the time of notification.
In addition, the above transfer items will be announced in the city bulletin, so it may take about 2-3 weeks for the procedure.
