What is the Hamafudo Concierge?
"Hamafudo" is a combination of Yokohama's "Hama", "Fudo" and "food" and means locally grown and consumed in Yokohama. Since fiscal 2006, Yokohama City has been conducting activities to promote locally grown and consumed by connecting “food” and “agriculture” in Yokohama, and has certified those who have completed courses sponsored by the city as “Hamafudo Concierge”.
Support for Hamafudo Concierge
- Conducted follow-up workshops
We will hold a workshop for Hamafudo Concierges. The theme of the workshop will be planned based on common issues, questionnaires and suggestions to everyone. - Providing information about locally grown and consumed
We will send you a variety of information about locally grown and consumed, including the information magazine "Hamafudo Navi" that connects the fields of Yokohama and the dining table. In addition, we will issue an e-mail magazine dedicated to the concierge in order to share information on the activities of the Hamafudo concierge among the concierges (irregular). - Offering opportunities to participate in events related to locally grown and consumed
Applicants who have completed the course have the opportunity to participate in events held by the city. - Support for locally grown and consumed Activities
We support the planning and implementation of marche and harvesting experiences organized by the Hamafudo Concierge. ※For details, please refer to the bottom of the page.
To become a Hamafudo concierge
"Hamafudo Concierge" certifies those who have completed the continuous course "Hamafudo Concierge Course".
What you can learn at the Hamafudo Concierge Course
Through lectures, practical training, and inspections on the theme of agriculture, agricultural products, producers and food in Yokohama, you can deepen your understanding of locally grown and consumed in Yokohama. It is also expected that various networks of different industries will be created by communicating with each other through the locally grown and consumed.

Hamafudo Concierge Lecture Recruitment of Farmers Accepting Farm Experiences
In the farming experience to be carried out in the "Hamafudo Concierge Course" in 2025, we are looking for producers who can cooperate with accepting students. (Depending on the number of applicants, we may not be able to meet your request.)

This program aims to further enhance the locally grown and consumed activities in the region and promote the locally grown and consumed by granting incentives and subsidizing expenses for new businesses for locally grown and consumed activities conducted by individuals and affiliated organizations.
