FY2025 Decarbonized Renobe Housing Promotion Subsidy Program
By subsidizing some of the costs required for renovation to energy-saving housing with the highest level of insulation performance carried out by all generations, including the child-rearing generation, we will start a full renovation-type decarbonized renovation housing promotion subsidy for all households with the aim of promoting immigration and settlement in the city while promoting the distribution of vacant houses.

■About 2025 decarbonized renobe housing promotion assistance system

・As for the summary, please see the following "2 points of 2025" and "3 summary of supporting system".
■About new housing
There is no subsidy for Motoichi. Please utilize "child care green house support project (outside site)" of country.
2 Points for FY2025
- Full renovation of existing houses and promote the relocation and settlement of houses equipped with energy-saving performance of insulation grade 6 or 7 and renewable energy equipment.
- The maximum subsidy is 1.5 million yen for relocation of the child-rearing generation, and the maximum subsidy is 1.2 million yen for other settlements.
- Can be used in conjunction with the national “Advanced Window Renobe 2025 Project (outside site)”
- Housing companies that apply are required to register the "Yokohama Health and Energy Saving Housing Company Registration and Publication System" before the performance report.
- About new house, please utilize "child care green house support project (outside site)" of country to be started newly.
3 Outline of the subsidy system

① Full renovation of target houses that meet the following requirements by heat insulation renovation, etc., and relocation, etc.

Oh, households having child born after April 2, 2007 (under 18 years old as of April 1, 2025)
(A) Households in which any of the couple is under the age of 49 as of April 1, 2025 at the time of application
② Registration of transfer of ownership and moving to the target housing (relocation of resident certificate) between the date of application and February 28, 2026
③ Purchase and acquire the target housing through a licensed residential land and building dealer.

About reservation application: In order to improve the convenience of subsidized households, we will accept reservations at the stage of full renovation design that meets the conditions and at the stage of application for building confirmation (purchase resale housing), and secure a budget for four months in principle.
