What is the “advocate Needing Disaster”?…
Those who need assistance in evacuation in the event of a disaster, and generally include elderly people requiring nursing care, disabled people, pregnant women, infants, etc.
Minami Ward has created a list of those who find it particularly difficult to evacuate and who have agreed to use them to support the advocate in case of disaster, and has provided them to the regions where they have concluded the agreement (Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associationsadvocate, etc.).
In the region, the list is used for monitoring and supporting each other from normal times (community support).
