　Priority is given to reservations, and consultation on facilities and housing (one hour per person) is available.

　For those at home who have been certified as "needs support" or higher under The Long-term Care Insurance's certification for long-term care, we provide consultation on housing remodeling tailored to physical conditions and subsidize remodeling costs according to their income situation. In addition, for those with severe disabilities, we will support equipment purchase costs and installation costs such as stair elevators.
　Please consult with Elderly and Disabled Support Division (23rd floor on the 2nd floor of the Minami Ward Office) before construction.
　For housing remodeling and renovation expenses that are eligible for The Long-term Care Insurance benefits, insurance benefits are given priority.

　There are silver housings and senior ribs for singles or two-person households aged 65 or older (60 for physically disabled). We have introduced an emergency call system to make it easier for the elderly to live in, and have set up a living counseling room.
