About public expenditure of designated incurable disease medical expenses

　In accordance with the Law Concerning Medical Care for Patients in incurable disease, the incurable disease designated by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare will pay a portion of the medical expenses and others at public expense.
　At Elderly and Disabled Support Division (23rd floor on the 2nd floor of Minami Ward Office), you will receive a new application guide, an application form, and a personal card for clinical research (medical certificate). Please submit it with required documents.
　After the application, we will send you the examination results in about 3 to 4 months.
