[Overview]
What is a contact camp?
For the purpose of inter-age exchange in nature, with friends beyond school districts and age boundaries.
It is an event where you can experience various things such as outdoor cooking, campfires and playing in the river!

About payment
Payment method and due date
Please make a transfer within one week as soon as you receive a transfer request email from the secretariat after application.
If payment cannot be confirmed by the due date, it will be deemed to be declined.
※In the case of application at once, we will send an email to the representative.
Cancellations and refunds
In principle, refunds are not possible after payment.
However, cancellations by June 18, 2025 (Wednesday) will be made.
We will refund half of the participation fee.
[Refund method]
After contacting us in advance, refund at window 61 on the 6th floor of Minami Ward Office.
(Refunds by transfer are not available.)
