Issuance of notebooks
Depending on the content and degree of the disability, a notebook (a certificate of the physically handicapped, a notebook of love (a nursing notebook), a health and welfare notebook for the mentally handicapped) will be issued. For more information, please refer to the following website.

About person with a disability local activity home
The "Local Activities Home for Persons with Disabilities" is originally set up by Yokohama City as a base facility to support local life for children with disabilities and persons at home and their families. For more information about the home and the location of the implementation, please see the Local Activities Home for Persons with Disabilities.
Special child dependency allowance
Parents raising children with disabilities under the age of 20 (generally part of grades 1-3 and 4 of physical disabilities, or in a state in which they need constant care in their daily lives due to intellectual or mental disorders) Provide benefits. Please refer to the Special Child Raising Allowance for details.

Welfare allowance for children with disabilities
It is provided to severely disabled children under the age of 20 who need constant care in their daily lives (generally part of physical disability grade 1.2 and those with an intelligence index of 20 or less). Please see welfare allowance for children with disabilities for details such as target persons.

Child care allowance for children with disabilities (Yokohama City National Health Insurance member)
If a baby within two years of birth of Yokohama City National Health Insurance has a congenital disorder or abnormality, a "childcare allowance for disability" will be paid according to the degree of the disorder. You can apply if you have been subscribed continuously from birth to application. Please apply within 2 years from the time the disability appears.
