・It cannot be used if you have a cold, a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, or an acute rash.
・Please refrain from visiting not only the children who are subject to the medical examination, but also if your family has symptoms such as fever or cough.
In addition, we would like child targeted for medical examination and one guardian to come to visit as much as possible.
・When visiting the office, please cooperate in preventing infection such as hand washing.
・Thank you for your cooperation in taking out used diapers. Please bring a filth bag.

Dentists and dental hygienists will answer free of charge for brushing teeth and consultation on teeth.

From 0 years old to preschoolers (even if you do not have teeth)
※Consultation on Dentistry for pregnant women (less than one year after giving birth) is also held on the same day.

Advice on dental checkups, consultation on Dentistry, brushing teeth, etc.
※The dental checkup is only in baby/infant.
※We do not treat or apply fluoride.

Reservations can be made using the electronic application system (outside site).
Please make a reservation at least two days before the desired date.

To cancel a reservation, please withdraw the reservation from My Page of the electronic application system.
In the case of change, please cancel once and make a reservation again.

2. Click the list of application history and search.
3. Click the reservation you want to cancel.
4. Go to the details screen
5. Click to cancel this reservation.
