Seminar on food hygiene information (for food hygiene managers, advance reservation required)

For those who work at restaurants in the city and are registered with Health and Welfare Center in each ward as food hygiene managers, it is necessary to attend a hygiene seminar once a year in order to properly manage hygiene. .
・The practical training course for food hygiene managers in fiscal 2024 (organized by Minami Health and Welfare Center) has ended.
・Scheduled for fiscal 2025 will be posted on the public relations Yokohama (Minami Ward version) and on this website around September 2025.
・If you haven't attended the food hygiene manager practical training course during this fiscal year (after April 2024), please attend the end-of-year seminar scheduled to be held around February to March 2024. Details will be announced by postcard to each store.
