Business description
(1) Business related to the issuance of various Family Registry Division certificates, such as copies of resident certificate at the Family Registry Division Certification Office
(2) Other matters deemed necessary by Director General
※In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

Term-end allowance and commuting allowance | Payment based on regulations such as salary of the staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year and expense compensation |
Vacation | According to the rules regarding working hours, vacations, etc. of staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City |
Social insurance | Joined employment insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance and employee health insurance (Yokohama City Staff Mutual Aid Association) |
Application requirements
○Have work experience at Family Registry Division
〇 Being able to handle counters, telephone calls, and basic PC operations (input Excel words, terminal operations, etc.)
〇 Recognize the importance of personal information protection and information security measures, and be able to work in good faith.
○Being willing to perform their duties on their own and being able to work without disrupting teamwork.
〇 Do not fall under any of the following disqualifications
- A person who is sentenced to imprisonment or higher and until the execution is completed or becomes unable to receive the execution.
- A person who has been dismissed as a Yokohama City employee and has not passed two years from the date of the disposition.
- A person who is a member of the Human Resources Committee or Equity Committee and has been sentenced to imprisonment for committing a crime prescribed in Chapter 5 of the Local Public Service Act
- A person who has formed or joined a political party or other organization that claims to destroy the Constitution of Japan or the government enacted under it by violence after the date of enforcement of the Constitution of Japan
- A person who is to be based on the previous example pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Revision of Part of the Civil Code (Act No. 149 of 1999)

Selection method
We will conduct a screening of documents based on application documents as the first screening, and an interview as the second screening.
(1) Date of interview: Thursday, April 16, 2025 or Thursday, April 17, 2025 Scheduled to be held
※Only those who have passed the document screening will be conducted.
(2) Notification of the results of interviews sent out in late April 2025 (planned)
Those who have passed the second screening will be contacted by telephone and will also be notified in writing.
Those who fail the second screening will be notified in writing.
Others
(1) The application documents have not been returned.
(2) The applicant's personal information will be strictly and appropriately managed and will not be used for any purpose other than recruitment selection.
(3) Successful applicants should visit physical checkup. The schedule will be announced separately.
