Procedure of national pension by applying for an electronic device using the minor portal or by mail
The following procedures for national pension can be submitted and submitted by electronic application (minor portal) or by mail. If you wish to complete the procedures by mail, please check the documents required for the notification in advance and enclose the required documents and mail it. Please note that if there are any omissions in required items or missing required documents, documents will be returned.
Procedure of national pension by applying for an electronic device using a minor portal
If you have a My Number card, you can apply for an electronic device from the minor portal. ※You can also apply for an electronic device from your smartphone.

Procedures for electronic application
① Continued acquisition of the first national pension insured person (change from Atsushi annual pension insurance after Retirement) (external site)
※If you would like to pay an additional premium (outside site), please mail or go to the window of the ward office.

Preparation for use
1 Please prepare the password set when you received your "My Number Card" and My Number Card.
2. Access the minor portal and follow the procedure for user registration.
Procedures for National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin) by mail
