Legal consultation

This is a consultation by a lawyer dispatched from the Kanagawa Bar Association. I can talk about legal issues.
However, it is only a general explanation of the law and does not resolve it here.
It is used as a reference or clue when solving a problem, and it is not possible to prepare documents such as contracts on this occasion.
From April 2025, Nishi Ward residents can make reservations for face-to-face legal consultations in Nishi Ward Office at 8:45 a week before Thursday.

1st, 2nd and 3rd Thursday of each month, 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm (excluding holidays, public holidays, December 28 to January 4)

After the reservation reception starts, please make a reservation by telephone (045-320-8321) or at the 1st floor of Nishi Ward Office.
(For residents of Nishi Ward residents, reception starts at 8:45 on Thursday, one week before the desired date of consultation, and for residents outside Nishi Ward, reception starts at 11:00 on the day of consultation.)
※If the reservation start date is a holiday or a closed day, acceptance will start on the next day or later.

During the fiscal year (from April 1 to March 31 of the following year is called the "year"), you can consult up to twice per person.
Cancellations without contact will be included in the number of consultations used.

The online legal consultation on Zoom in Nishi Ward Office ended in March 2025.
Online legal consultation will be held in Yokohama City Hall from May 2025.
