(1)care manager belonging to designated home care support offices in the city, community-based nursing homes for the elderly, nursing care insurance facilities, Regional Comprehensive Support Centers or designated municipal office contractors as of the day of the training.
(2) Those who have not attended the certified investigator training, including additional items from fiscal 2009, which was conducted since January 2009.
(3)Person who is going to engage in certification investigation entrusted by Motoichi

※This training is stipulated in the “Guidelines for Training for Certified Investigators” (Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare), and if you do not complete all courses (such as late or early leave), you will not be registered in the list as certified investigators and will not be able to engage in accreditation surveys.
