•In 2015 (Heisei 27), a regular performance "Kaze Wataru" was performed in Sakaemura. The villagers also appear as actors and chorus
•In 2017 (Heisei 29), a recital performance of the masterpiece "Crying Red Oni" by Hirosuke Hamada, a picture book writer from Takahata-cho, at the Sakae Ward People's Festival.
•In 2018 (Heisei 30), a regular performance "Poloni and Muki Monogatari" was performed on Takahata-cho. In the same year, the performance was also performed at Takahatacho Bunka Hall.
•In 2019 (Ryowagen), elementary school students from Nanbu-cho appeared as chorus and Sakaemura Minami appeared as actors at the regular performance "Hadaka no King". The deputy mayor also visited the theater from Takahata-cho.
I want to go to Sakaemura in 2015 (27)! That's why I started moving one year ago. One year ago, we moved because we wanted to know Sakaemura and let Sakaemura know us. In 2018 (Heisei 30), I also went to Takahata-cho. Anyway, both Sakaemura and Takahata-cho were pleased. At the time of Takahata-cho, I had the children of the town enter the chorus and stood together on the stage. I think that it is our strong weapon to visit Sakaemura and Takahata-cho with a medium of play. Anyway, I think that the best success was that all the members enjoyed it, and it was also a source of money for the activities of the theater company. In the 2019 performance, we invited three junior high school students from Nanbu-cho to the main performance in Sakae Ward and sang them, but the stage and the venue became a wonderful one. Also, during the performance, people from Sakaemura, Takahata-cho and Nanbu-cho met together and it was very fun. . I hope to become a messenger who will continue to convey the appeal of the three cities to the people of Sakae Ward.

- From 2008 to 2016 to 2016, a ski tour for children in Sakae Ward was held at Sakaemura's Sakae Club Ski Resort.
- In 2019 (Ryowagen), participated as a volunteer for the day at the candle event "Dream Light" in Sakaemura.
At the event called Yumeho, which is held in Sakaemura every September, many candles are lined up around the pond and it is very fantastic. I wanted all the people of Sakae Ward to know this, and brought my fellows. I went in a wide range of ages, including one elementary school student, three high school students, and one university student. After volunteering, after finishing, I also participated in the exchange meeting and deepened exchanges with local people. . Sakaemura's planning committee also has high school students, and I think that the feature of this activity is that various generations could meet and interact. .
The mountain food of Sakaemura was also delicious. Vegetables and game dishes I've never seen before. I ate bears and wild boars for the first time. The curry of deer was also delicious. A lot of wild vegetable dishes at the inn where I stayed are also impressive.

- In 2019 (Ryowagen), guest appearance at the "Nanbu Nanauta Shichi Odori National Convention"
In September 2019, I participated in a dance in Nanbu-cho and a national convention in folk song. We had 30 minutes as a guest and sang, chorus, and shamisen ensemble. The people of Nanbu-cho were professionals and wondered if we could do it in the home of folk song, but we devised that chorus would never have done it, and there was a song that arranged the song of the land. When I showed it, I was welcomed with great applause. It was very memorable and I was happy to be able to participate. At the exchange meeting, I was told that I heard folk song's chorus for the first time, and it was impressive that everyone was pleased.
Also, when I visited, the apples were just turning red. Even though I've been to Aomori, I started to see apples growing so much. Then I was impressed by the shining rice ears.
I really took care of you, and I was able to make a memorable trip. From now on, I think how we can connect more with Nanbu-cho.

- In 2019 (Ryowagen), 72 paintings by children from Sakae Ward and Nanbu-cho were exhibited in a single band at Rakuraku Hall, a southern townsman hall. After that, he exhibited at the Hongo Junior High School Gymnasium at the Sakae Ward Min Festival and at the Lilith Gallery of the Sakae Ward Min Cultural Center at the Teens Creation in December.
I was asked if I could interact with Nanbu-cho and children, and before I made a `` barrier-free picture book '' using a method in which the work was connected in the middle band of the work, but I wonder if it could be used for exchange Was. First of all, we held a workshop where children from the after-school kids club in Sakae Ward drew pictures. In September 2019, I went to Nanbu-cho and had 35 children draw pictures with the cooperation of the Schoolchildren's Day Care Club. Some of the children used paint for the first time, but when the instructors asked them to introduce the good points of their city, the southern town where apples and rice ears grow, they were very enthusiastic. He gave me The completed picture, along with Sakae Ward's work, was exhibited in the Lara Hall in Nanbu-cho so that it could be connected by a single band by sewing the hall. I can talk with the staff in charge of the Nanbu Town Hall, the instructor of Schoolchildren's Day Care, and the young couple of cafes who are enlivening the local area, and the warmth of interacting still remains. There is also a desire to continue interacting with children in a good way. In addition, I hope that we will continue to exchange various information with everyone and deepen exchanges between Nanbu-cho, Takahata-cho, Sakaemura and various people. .

State of exchange
[Main exchange contents]
・In 2018 (Heisei 30), we planned a walking tour in Takahata-cho, joined the local Takahata townspeople, and conducted walking and exchange.
I walked in Takahata-cho two years ago. Originally, I was planning to go to Zao to walk, but I learned that I would have a friendly exchange with Takabatakemachi, so I decided to go to Takabatakemachi. When I actually went there, I was very impressed with the shape and scenery of the trees, unlike Sakae Ward. From the time of the preview, the staff of the government office improved me, and 50 people who participated by bus from Sakae Ward enjoyed it. They also made a banner and welcomed them, and we walked together and interacted. On the way, I stopped by a wine factory.
It has been very delicious and impressive because it has a feast of potatoes and princess rice balls. I also want to go to Takahata-cho, and this time I'm planning to go to Sakaemura and Nanbu-cho.
Summary: Three Points of Exchange Development:
After the presentations from each group were over, the participants presented their impressions of the roundtable discussion, and the moderator organized them based on the impressions. In addition, we divided the items that were talked about during the round-table discussion, and introduced the possibilities and development points of exchange as "three".
We talked about the possibilities and development of exchanges.
Continuing, connecting, and continuing
~ Exchange is something that nurtures~
Exchanges with friendship exchange cities begin with exchanges between the government, but through the purchase of special products and specialty products from various places, you will be interested in production areas and people, and exchange between people will also begin . Then, even if they are far away from each other, they feel connected, think each other, and help each other. For example, in the event of an earthquake that occurred in Sakaemura the day after Great East Japan Earthquake, I heard that there were many people who actually went to Sakaemura and those who cooperated in reconstruction through donations.
Also, if you try to know each other's differences and commonalities through exchanges, you will learn and understand your own town, Sakae Ward." That's going on.
This time, many people said the word next generation. The children who participated in the exchange experience will remember the Sakae Ward, Yokohama, and the friendship city even after they grew up. I think that the current exchange activities will bring up the next generation (children).
The first “tsu” “tsuki” ... Participation and participation
First of all, "I went there because it was fun." "I've been there for now." "I've bought it for now." "I went because I was invited." It may be, but when you actually go or buy it, the next time you may be "Oh, let's plan ourselves this time."
At first, a few people went for a preview, but the next year, we made a bus and said, "Let's invite everyone." . The people who participated first went there. I went along with him. Maybe because I was invited, because I could eat delicious food. But what is the place where I went? That's the next one.
Second, “Connecting”: Exchange and Cooperation
I went because I was invited. I went to see if nature would be beautiful. Then, where I went, they welcomed me with potatoes and banners, and there was a wonderful exchange. So, "I want to go again." "This time, if you go to Nanbu-cho, there may be another discovery!" "Sakaemura may be good!"
What I was happy this time was the announcement of each group saying, "When I went there, the people in the government office over there responded very kindly and connected me." . This means "there was a connection with the government." And connection, interchange between groups in ward is this place today. What I thought was very interesting this time was that a group with different content, kind, and personality of the group was able to talk with a word called "interaction" with a tool, such as this excitement and fun It is.
After all, as a secondary and tertiary effect of exchange, people in Sakae Ward said, "Hey, hey, I went to Takahata-cho!" "I went there! That's it! "It's also a tool for people in the city to interact with each other." Was a great discovery.
Third, “Continuing”: Continue and Development
Opinions came out from you on how to develop exchanges with friendship exchange cities. It's wonderful. That's right. I thought that if everyone interacted from various angles, they could develop, and connections and activities would spread.
And after all, it is often said that 5W2H is for continuation and development. When, where, who, what, how and how much does it cost? About it. This time, you didn't talk about that point, but maybe if you look at this (how to continue, develop, and expand), what to do with 5W2H? I think it will be a story.
Finally
First of all, I think the government is responsible for creating mechanisms and mechanisms for exchange. The government will create a soil that is easy for residents to work. And inhabitants of a ward enjoy interchange anyway, expand and deepen. I think this is what the inhabitants of the ward can do.
I think that this big theme was that the inhabitants of the ward, the inhabitants of the ward, the ward and the ward, the town, the village and the ward will support each other so that the exchange activities with the friendship exchange city will last for a long time. I will use the content you talked about today as it is and summarize it.
