In Children and Families Support Division, Sakae-ku, Yokohama City, we are recruiting home visitors for the fiscal year appointment staff (monthly job) to be hired on June 1, 2025. Please check the application guide carefully before applying.

Recruitment Guide
Business description
(1) Consultation and guidance services on childcare, etc. to child-rearing families recognized by the head of the affiliation as needing support (mainly from pregnancy to child-rearing families with pre-school children by visiting homes)
(2) Children's home consultation services, etc. (telephone / window reception)
(3) Other tasks deemed necessary by the head of the affiliation
(4) Disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

Application requirements
(1) Being qualified as a nurse
(2) Being able to operate a personal computer (word, Excel, etc., terminal operation, etc.)
(3) What is good at telephone and counter service
(4) Do not fall under the grounds for disqualification regarding recruitment stipulated in Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act

Compensation, etc.
(1) 228,200 yen per month (The amount may be changed due to system revision, etc.)
(2) Commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses)
(3) We will provide end-of-term and diligence allowances in accordance with Yokohama City Standards.
Other conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year
Working conditions
(1) Identity
Employees appointed for the fiscal year as stipulated in Article 22-2 of the Local Public Service Act
(2) Appointment period
From June 1, 1997 to March 31, 1998
If a job with the same job content is set up after the expiration of the above appointment period, and if the results of the proof of competence are good, it may be re-appointed regardless of public offering. (up to 4 times)
(3) Working hours
From 8:45 to 17:15 (break time: 1 hour specified by the director during work)
(4) Working days
4 days a week from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and closed days)
(5) Days that do not require work
1 day designated by the director in advance between Sunday, Saturday and Monday and Friday
(6) Vacation
Grant annual leave, etc. when certain requirements are met (as per the rules on working hours, vacations, etc. of staff appointed in Yokohama City Fiscal Year)
(7) Social insurance
Joined employment insurance, Yokohama City Mutual Aid Association (employee health insurance) and Employees' Pension Insurance
(8) Work location

Selection method
(1) Primary selection composition evaluation
Based on the application form for the fiscal year appointment staff (prescribed style) and composition (prescribed style), we will select documents (composition evaluation).
The results of the primary selection will be notified in writing to all applicants regardless of pass or fail. (Scheduled to be shipped around April 18, 2025 (Friday))
(2) Secondary selection (only those who have passed the primary selection) Interview
It is scheduled to be held on April 25, 2025. Details such as the date and time will be notified in writing to those who have passed the primary selection.
(3) Notification of selection results
Scheduled to be shipped early May 2025
The results of the second screening will be notified in writing to all candidates for the second screening, regardless of pass or fail.
Others
(1) Successful applicants will be asked to consult physical checkup at the time of hiring.
(2) The collected personal information will be used only in the selection process.
(3) Application documents will not be returned.
(4) This case is subject to suspension of the Yokohama City Budget for FY2025 in Yokohama City Council. If not voted, recruitment will not be accepted.
