Those who meet the following two requirements
(1) Those who are interested in election work, are aware of being a public servant, and are not involved in election campaigns or political activities during the appointment period
　 ※Political acts are restricted by the Local Public Service Act, the Public Office Election Law, and the Political Funds Control Law.
(2) Do not fall under any of the following disqualification grounds for recruitment stipulated in Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act
・Those who are sentenced to imprisonment or higher and until their execution is completed or no longer received.
・A person who has been dismissed as a Yokohama City employee and has not passed two years from the date of the disposition.
・A person who has committed a crime prescribed in Chapter 5 of the Local Public Service Act and has been sentenced to imprisonment in the position of a member of the Human Resources Committee or Equity Committee.
・A person who has formed or joined a political party or other organization that claims to destroy the Constitution of Japan or the government enacted under it by violence after the date of enforcement of the Constitution of Japan
・A person who is to be based on the previous example pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Revision of Part of the Civil Code (Act No. 149 of 1999)

①　Please submit your registration form and register at Sakae Ward General Affairs Division Statistics and Elections Section. (The validity period of registration is until March 31, 2025.)
②　As soon as the election is held, we will inform registrants who meet the conditions about the selection process individually.
③　required documents (details will be notified separately) for the selection test will be submitted by mail.
④　After the selection, we will inform you of the results of the selection.
⑤　As a result of the selection, if the selection is made, required documents will be submitted and the manual will be used as a staff member for the fiscal year.

(1)　Registration does not guarantee appointment. Even if you register, we will not contact you for the selection if the conditions are not met.
(2)　Submitted application documents will not be returned. In addition, personal information will be used only for this application.
(3)　If the election is not executed in Sakae-ku, Yokohama-shi during 2024, the registered list will be invalid.
