Application for use of design

Touche's design rights belong to the Sakae Ward Office, so a preliminary review is required.
If you wish to use it, please refer to the “Sakae Ward Itagawa Mascot Touch-kun” Design Use Approval Application Form (Form No. 1).
Please submit it directly or by e-mail or by mail to Public Relations Section Sakae Ward, Ward Administration Promotion Division, along with samples.

〇 Touche-kun's design and color should be based on a collection of designs owned by Sakae Ward Office, and should not be used in applications such as deforming the design or superimposing it with other shapes without permission.
〇 If you want to use a design other than the design collection, please contact Public Relations Section in advance.
〇 Please add a caption to Touch-kun, "Sakae Ward Itachigawa Mascott Touch-kun". However, if it is difficult to add captions due to space, etc., please consult with Public Relations Section.
〇 Before applying, please refer to the Touch-kun Usage Manual.

〇 When the trust and dignity of Yokohama City and Sakae Ward is impaired, or when there is a risk.
〇 Exclusive use or when there is a risk of such use, for example, as a trademark or design of your own.
〇 When it violates laws and regulations or public order and morals, or when there is a risk.
〇 When giving a misunderstanding that supports or authorizes a specific individual, political party, or religious organization, or when there is a risk of it.

When you use the design use approval application (attached sheet) (Form No. 1-2), please submit it together with the design use approval application (Form No. 1).
