Rental of costumes

The Sakae Ward Office rents out costumes for "Sakae Ward Itachigawa Mascotchi-kun" free of charge.
If you would like to borrow costumes, please read the "Sakae Ward Itachigawa Mascot Touch-kun Costume Rental Guidelines" and make sure to check the availability in advance by telephone, etc., and bring the loan reservation slip directly to the application below. Or submit it by fax or email.
※Currently, only urethane types are available.

１. Lending Period
Within 5 days from the date of lending, including the date of return
※If the loan period overlaps, the loan period will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

２. Major notes
・In order to ensure safe use, be sure to check the “Guidelines for Rental of Sakae Ward Itachigawa Matchi-kun Costume” and “Touchy Costume Handling Instructions”.
・You can only rent a costume. If you are in the costume, please respond to the application group.　
　[People who can wear]
　　Junior high school students and above (If you are under 18 years of age, be sure to obtain the consent of parents and event managers.)
　　About 160-170cm tall
・Please carry out and carry out the costume on the applicant's side. In addition, a car is required for transportation.
・If you are damaged intentionally or by gross negligence, you will be compensated for the damage.
・Avoid wearing those who have cold symptoms such as fever or cough, or those who are uneasy about their physical condition.
・Take sufficient measures against the heat, wear a single wear time of 15 minutes, and avoid continuous use for long periods. Even if it is less than 15 minutes, be sure to stop wearing it if you feel any unusual in your physical condition.
・After wearing, disinfect alcohol, use a disinfecting deodorant spray to shade in a well-ventilated place, dry thoroughly, and store it in the attached bag and return it.

３. Lending and Returning
Please come to Public Relations Section Sakae Ward Ward Administration Promotion Division (44th floor on the 4th floor of the main building of the ward office).
Reception hours is from 8:45 to 17:00 on weekdays (except during the year-end and New Year holidays and Saturday open days).

※Lending conditions
・Do not use it exclusively as a mascot for individuals or groups.
・Do not use it for activities such as politics, religion, thought, profit, etc.
・Do not violate laws and regulations and public order and morals.
・Do not use it to damage the image of Yokohama City and the Itachi River.
・Do not get close to fire or water.
