There are seven shopping streets in Seya Ward, centering around Mitsukyo Station and Seya Station.

In September 2021, food supermarkets, financial institutions, and food and beverage facilities were opened in the newly completed building "Live Gate Seya" in the redevelopment of the south exit of Seya Station. The convenience of Seya Station is further increasing.

The origin of the culture of Seya is completed!
Seya Ward's first inhabitant's cultural center was born at the south exit of Seya Station.
On the 3rd and 4th floors of the "Live Gate Seya" building introduced earlier, the first inhabitant of a ward cultural center in the city will open in March 2022. This facility, which has a gallery and a multi-purpose music room, is expected to serve as a source of the culture of the city.

Out of the 201 works received from Seya Ward residents, working, and attending school, the selection committee decided to be nicknamed after the city's flower "hydrangea".

Due to the relocation, clinics is a holiday emergency just completed in 2019. In addition to a kids space, 10 cars can be parked. It also plays a role as a medical base in the event of a disaster, and is safe in case of emergency.

[Yokohama Multifunctional Base Komachi]
This is the third facility in the city that has been developed so that children with severe physical and mental disabilities who need medical care and their families can live safely in their immediate areas.
We provide home-visit nursing care, short-term admission, and after-school day service (elderly day care).
