Totsuka Ward Disaster Volunteer Center

The Totsuka Ward Disaster Volunteer Center is stipulated in Totsuka Ward disaster preparedness plan as follows:

In order to respond to inquiries from individuals and groups who wish to volunteer immediately after the earthquake disaster, we will request the cooperation of volunteer groups such as the Japan National Council of Social Welfare and the Totsuka Disaster rescue Network, and establish the Totsuka Ward Disaster Volunteer Center (a ward volunteer activity base) in advance according to the situation of the disaster.
The Totsuka Ward Disaster Volunteer Center will be operated by the Japan National Council of Social Welfare in cooperation with volunteer groups such as the Totsuka Disaster rescue Network.
