• Admission to elementary school
  Every year in mid-October, we send admission to municipal school to parents. The notice contains the date and time of your school, physical checkup. Elementary school will inform you about the admission briefing at physical checkup.
• Admission to junior high school
  We send admission to municipal school to parents in late January every year. There will be a notice from the elementary school where your child is enrolled about the admission briefing.

• You need to notify the Tsurumi Ward Office.
• When submitting the notification, please bring the letter of consent issued by the principal of the school you are enrolling in.
• It is also accepted by mail. Mail submission of out-of-area attendance notification

• Please notify the Tsurumi Ward Office along with the procedures for transferring to Address.
• At that time, you will need proof of enrollment in a national or private elementary and junior high school (enrollment consent form, copy of student handbook, etc.).

1. You will be notified of your transfer to the school you are currently attending and you will receive a student registration certificate Textbook Salary Certificate.
2. After moving, I will notify the Tsurumi Ward Office of the change of Address. In that case, be sure to present student registration certificate.
3. You will receive a letter of admission from the ward office.
4. Bring your student registration certificate, Textbook Salary Certificate and Admission Notice to the new school and complete the enrollment procedure.

※If there is no change in the school district, you only need to notify us of the change in Address.

5. Bring your student registration certificate, Textbook Salary Certificate and Admission Notice to the new school and complete the enrollment procedure.

※Depending on the municipality, procedures may be required at the Board of Education, so please check with the New Address office for details.
