What is Community Welfare and Health Plan?
With the aim of ensuring that everyone can live with peace of mind in the area where they lived, residents, communities, organizations, companies and the Tsuzuki Ward Office work together on local issues and work with each other to support each other. This is a plan to create and act.

- Period of plan 5 years from FY2018 to FY2022

Composition of the Plan
It consists of a regional action plan and an action plan of the Tsuzuki Ward Office and the Tsuzuki Ward Japan National Council of Social Welfare.
Basic Philosophy
People-to-people "to-people"
7 goals
●We promote community-based welfare health activities
We will share information on local welfare and health activities and promote mutual exchange.
●Create an area where people can feel the connection between people.
We aim to be a community development where we have many conversations with people close to us and realize today's relationship of "mochitsumotaretsu" and "each other."
●Develop human resources who connect people with people and people with activities.
Develop human resources for local activities such as "leaders and recipients" and linking people and activities.
●We will promote the creation of a healthy life
We will work to promote health according to local characteristics and ages.
●Support healthy growth and independence of children and adolescents
We will enhance child-rearing support and youth development throughout the region.
●We support elderly person, person with a disability to live lively with peace of mind.
We will consider and create mechanisms for living with peace of mind in the community.
●We enrich system that inhabitants of a ward, area, group, company and administration work on by collaboration.
We will confirm each other to achieve our goals and establish a system to promote collaboration.
Regional Action Plan
It is an action plan in which local people take the initiative in setting goals and initiatives for each region.
(In this project, the 13 Union Neighborhood Associations Neighborhood Association area is the area.)

Features of the Plan
Creating a mechanism for "Deaisa Ai Wakachiai" between people
In order to create a system, it is essential to work on the understanding and cooperation of the local people. We will expand the connections, places, and opportunities of people who can carry out the "Wakachiai".

In addition to enhancing the events and activities rooted in each region, we will promote new initiatives and establish 13 regional action plans, and promote the realization of "Three Ais".
