Tsuzuki Ward  's basic philosophy is to create a “deai” that is an opportunity for people to connect with each other, and to expand connections between people who can support each other.
Based on this basic philosophy, from the first plan that began in 2006, we are promoting a community-based welfare and health plan for all people living in the area. .

The district-specific plan is a plan to promote initiatives for solving local issues, led by the region during the planning period, according to the characteristics of each district. It is a plan that expresses our desire to make our town like this, and has been formulated in units of 15 district union Neighborhood Associations and the Japan National Council of Social Welfare areas in the ward.
The district-specific plan summarizes the outline of each district, goals and specific initiatives.

We have drafted the fourth Tsuzuki Ward   Community Welfare and Health Plan with a planning period from 2021 to 2025.
About contents of plan, we carried out inhabitant of a ward opinion offer and had various opinions from inhabitants of a ward.
