Fifth Tsuzuki Ward   Community Welfare and Health Plan (Reiwa 8-Reiwa 12)

Based on the 15 regional alliances Neighborhood Associations Neighborhood Association and the Japan National Council of Social Welfare areas, we will develop regional plans tailored to the characteristics of each district.

Ward office, ward Japan National Council of Social Welfare, community care plaza, inhabitants of a ward, welfare health-related organizations, businesses, etc. work together to formulate ward plans. Based on review of approach in past community-based welfare health plan and hearing with affiliate, opinion of meeting in district such as 2023 inhabitant of a ward consciousness investigation, local round-table conference, development of the fifth ward plan I will proceed.

The Tsuzuki Ward   Community Welfare and Health Plan Promotion Committee consists of 18 members, including residents of various organizations and academic experts. We hold meetings at least once a year to promote the Tsuzuki Ward   Community Welfare and Health Plan.
