Realization of Town Development Policy 5-1
Last updated on July 4, 2024.
5-1. The Babbling Plan and the Road of Nature
As part of "town development to extend" hometown "", we aimed to reproduce the babbling in a new city in order to preserve the scenery where brooks flow on the side of rice fields since ancient times.
The water source of the murmuring is not artificial, but a natural water cycle is planned, and a pond is created in the park to store rain and spring water that exudes, so that it flows slowly and naturally.
In addition, in order to harmonize with such murmuring spaces, we used artificial objects such as concrete, asphalt, tiles, and blocks as much as possible on parks and green roads, and made them as natural as possible, such as soil and stones.
5-2. Development of Biophase Reserves
In order to actively preserve the green environment, we have set up living things at three locations: Chigasaki Park, Kamoike Park, and Tsuzuki Chuo Park, such as preventing humans from entering a part of the forest area.
There, a variety of plants, animals, insects, birds, etc. are gently watched.
5-3. Preservation of Cultural Properties with Hometown
There have been many shrines and temples in this area since ancient times. In the Kohoku New Town business, shrines and temples are left along with the park to provide not only to preserve the memories of the hometown, but also to provide a place to commemorate the seasonal festival and life that will become a new memory of the hometown. .
Also, since the end of Edo, the Mount Fuji religion was thriving in this area, and seven Fuji mounds were created, but one of them, Yamada Fuji, was left in the park or newly reproduced in the park. There is also.
5-4. Transplant utilization of existing trees
New Town's thicket of trees was made of a standing tree where many trees grew from the root of a tree to cut the miscellaneous trees at the root of a tree to take firewood and charcoal.
This landscape of thicket of trees is a representation of the homelands that have been created by those who have been farming here for many years, and the culture of life in the past.
In the development of Kohoku New Town, there was an opinion that new and inexpensive young trees were planted, but in order to preserve the scenery of the hometown, as many trees with mountain plants as possible were transplanted to parks and green roads.
5-5. Making participatory parks
Regarding the design of the park, through games and discussions with the children in the neighborhood, we made a picture of the dream of "I want to play this kind of park" while expanding the circle of friends.
We repeated meetings several times, made models, compiled everyone's opinions into one plan and ordered construction work.
In addition, during the construction stage, children made mosaic plates used for the pavement of the park and made totem poles.
