Please submit the following 12 copies by bringing. (We will not accept submissions by mail, e-mail, etc.) 。
・1 copy of the original…Arrange the application documents with the name of the organization in order from (a), clip them (stapling is not possible) and knitted.
・Copy 4 copies…The application documents with the name of the organization are arranged in order from (a), and the number of pages and the index of "A" to "Nu" are attached to knitting and filing.
・Duplicate copies 7 copies…Arrange the application documents with the name of the organization in order from (a), attach the number of pages and the index of "A" to "Nu", paint black so that the applicant organization cannot be identified, and then knitted and filed (document screening and presentation) Regarding the examination, the name of the applicant organization will be blinded and implemented.)

We received selection result report of Tsuzuki-ku district center of Yokohama-shi and Yokohama-shi next Midori Kotobuki-so designation manager choice committee and decided designated candidate as follows. The designated manager is determined through the resolution of Yokohama City Council.
