[Events and Lectures] Baby food class

The Aoba Ward Office holds baby food classes once a month (approximately twice) for the middle of weaning. "How much is it? What's the difference? What's the size?" "Is it all right now?" A registered dietitian will respond to questions such as the above.

Contents: Mid-term baby food talks by a dietitian, cooking demonstrations, tastings, consultation (if desired)
　　　※Ingredients that your child has never eaten should be sampled only by parents.
　　　　Tasting contents: Rice porridge, kenchin soup, fish tomato sauce boiled (fish are planned to be sea bream)
　　　　(Tasting contents are subject to change.)
Target: Baby and parents living in Aoba Ward around the middle of baby food (about 7 to 9 months old)

Time From 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm (reception from 1:15 pm)　
Costs: Free (However, the parking lot of the ward office is charged for more than one hour in the parking lot.)
Capacity: 20 pairs each time (first come, first served)　　
Venue: No. 18 in Health and Welfare Center, Aoba Ward Office, 1st floor (Nutrition Consultation Room)
Belongings: Baby spoon, Stai, mouth wipe, maternal and child health handbook, holding cord (a form where you can sit on a chair) Please bring it if you need it.

※Please take part after breastfeeding and baby food as usual.
※Due to space at the venue, please place it next to the entrance of Health and Welfare Center (automatic door) when coming by stroller. Please manage your valuables by yourself.
