[Events and Lectures] Hello Baby Class

For pregnant women who are giving birth for the first time (up to 35 weeks of pregnancy) and their partners, including how to spend during pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding, nutrition and dental health during pregnancy, postpartum procedures, postpartum moms Lectures on health and tips for raising children.
Reservations are not required for the first and second sessions. Please come directly to the venue.
Reservation is required for the third time. We will tell those who participated in the first or second time how to apply.

Pregnant women who give birth for the first time (up to 35 weeks of pregnancy) and their partners
(All classes can be attended by partners.)

1st time (reservation not required): Building physical strength with a view to postpartum, teeth and nutrition, and introducing Rafoul, a support base for child care in the Aoba Ward area
2nd time (no reservation required): How to spend during pregnancy and childbirth (including cesarean section), nursing, postpartum procedures, introduction of open spaces for parents and children
3rd time (reservation required): Tips for raising children about the health of moms after childbirth and babies
