Application for WEB fund transfer


Web account transfer service

If you use direct debit, you can pay the city tax from the bank account of the financial institution by automatic debit.

Notification of change regarding property tax


Non-current assets

You can apply online for a change in the address of the property tax notification letter or a change in the usage status of your real estate.

Those who are eligible

If you fall under any of the following 1 to 3, please notify us of the change.
※①If you do not apply to any of the to 3, you do not need to submit a notification.

①Those who have changed or modified the name of the recipient of the tax notice Address or the name.

※If you have changed your registration, you do not need to submit a notification.
※About change of name by inheritance, please perform procedure of change of registration by all means (even if you submit this report, name of land, house does not change.) 。
※If you are transferred overseas, please submit the “Taxpayer's Declaration Form (PDF: 91KB)” to the ward office where the land and house are located.

②Those who have newly built, renovated, or demolished houses during this year (or have plans)

※If you have changed your registration, you do not need to submit a notification.

③Those who have changed (or have plans) the land use status indicated in the tax payment letter of advice during this year

Example: Building a house in a parking lot, changing a store into a house, etc.

In the following cases, electronic application procedures are not possible. Please come to Tax Division on the third floor of the Aoba Ward Office.

  • If the owner does not have a My Number Card
  • If the owner of the vehicle is a legal entity
  • When applying for a new number or returning the number in the procedure
