About the 10th Aoba Art Open Call for Art Exhibition

Exhibition application

・Please be sure to check the contents of the application guidelines below before applying.
・Please apply for the exhibition by the Internet, fax, or bring it.
・The application will be completed when both the exhibition application and the payment of the exhibition fee are completed.
・You cannot change the title after application because the caption etc. will be created based on the title at the time of application.

Application Guidelines for the 10th Aoba Art Open Recruitment Exhibition

[Method of application/exhibition fee]
◆Via the Internet 　Exhibition application	During Friday, May 16	The 10th Aoba Art Open Call for Exhibition Application Form (External Site) Please apply for it.
◆By fax or bring Exhibition application	Friday, May 16 Must arrive at 5:00 pm	Fill out the application form (PDF: 1,537KB) and fill out the application form. Please submit it to the secretariat. ※If you apply by fax, be sure to call us after sending. Please check with the secretariat.
◇Payment of exhibition fees	During Friday, May 16	For details on the payment method, please refer to the application guidelines (PDF: 12,336KB).

Preparing before delivery

Fill in the name and title (Yomigana) on the “Exhibition Work Form” at the bottom of the exhibition application form, cut it out and paste it on the upper right of the back of the work.

Please make sure that the title at the time of application matches the title entered on the exhibition work slip.
Please attach the heaton to the inner side of the frame and do not damage other works. (Refer to the figure)
