<tea ceremony> Saturday, December 7, Sunday, 8th from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
Time From 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (last day until 4:00 pm)
※Only the flower arrangement exhibition will be available until 4:00 pm on Friday, December 6 to replace it.
[Venue] Art Forum Azamino gallery space 1 (1st floor), gallery space 2 (2nd floor)
(Traffic Information) About 5 minutes walk from Azamino Station on the Tokyu Denentoshi Line and Yokohama Municipal Subway.

◆Eligibility
Those who live, work, or attend school in Aoba Ward, or whose main activity base is in Aoba Ward (high school students and above)
Up to one point per person in each field
◆Exhibition fee
500 yen per point
◆Application deadline
Until Friday, August 23, 2024

Please fill out the “Application Form” with required items and apply to the application below by mail, e-mail, fax, or bring. (Deadline must arrive)

◆Determination of exhibition
As a general rule, all exhibitors can be exhibited, but if the number that can be exhibited is exceeded, a lottery will be conducted. By early October, the exhibitors will be notified of the exhibition (postal transfer form and acceptance duty decision) by the beginning of October.

◇We are recruiting organizations to participate in the planning and operation of the Aoba Ward Art Festival Exhibition around March every year.
(Even if you belong to an organization participating in planning and operation, you need to apply for a separate exhibition in order to exhibit at the exhibition.)
