We raise plan, administration of Aoba inhabitant of a ward art festival 2025 and perform group. Cultural groups working in the city, please participate in the Aoba Kumin Art Festival.

About Aoba Kumin Art Festival

The Aoba Residents Arts Festival has been held since 1995 after the ward as a ward participation type project for the purpose of Aoba residents announcing the results of their daily cultural activities and promoting regional exchange through culture. It is held by the "Aoba Residents' Arts Festival Steering Committee" composed of cultural groups in the city.
The Aoba Kumin Art Festival has a stage section that announces chorus, instrumental music, and traditional performing arts, and an exhibition section that presents works of everyone who performs artistic activities in the city.
The Aoba Residents' Arts Festival Steering Committee is set up to plan and operate the Citizens' Arts Festival project in cooperation with various cultural groups in Aoba Ward. It is divided into painting, Japanese calligraphy, tea ceremony, flower arrangement, literary arts, arts and crafts, performing arts, instrumental music, and chorus.
